I've had a very stressful month and I'm trying to deal with it the best way I can. I've mentioned before that I have been cooking and keeping busy which has helped immensly. I tell myself why worry about things you don't have control over and just make the best of things. I have been doing that but I still cannot stop the knots in my tummy and tense shoulders. I needed to get some items at my fav store, Target so I went right after work. I went alone and enjoyed the quiet and alone time to just chill and walk around. The store was empty which is a plus! I ran into one of my girlfriends from high school and chatted with her for abit. It was nice to see her. {note to self, must plan a date with her}
I have been wanting to try a body scrub and do a little bit more pampering at home. I've always loved Philosophy but it's a little out of my budget especially for a first time buyer so I opted with Boots Pomegranate & Avacado Body Scrub. I tried it last night and even though it's not as thick as I thought it would be, it was awesome. I could immediately feel the differance in my skin after showering. Once I was done slatthering lotion my skin felt so soft and I felted refreshed and new. I recommend it highly. Tell me, what do you use and how do you keep your skin healthy?
Fingers crossed that my worries will soon be a thing of the past.
